Auditing
We check whether all construction work carried out has been invoiced correctly. In addition, we take care of the verification and offsetting of government services as well as the determination of instalments and final payments to protect you from unjustified additional costs.
Processing of additional and reduced cost claims
We objectively and transparently analyse and assess claims for additional or reduced costs, ensuring fair and cost-effective solutions for all parties involved.
Handover and inspections
We assist property owners during the technical acceptance process and ensure a seamless handover of the building. We document the condition and ensure that all contractual services are fulfilled.
Determination and processing of defects
Structural damage and defects are recognised at an early stage, systematically recorded and their professional rectification ensured. In our function as local building supervisors, we avoid consequential damage and guarantee a high quality of workmanship.
Documentation
All relevant construction processes are comprehensively documented – from execution to acceptance. This creates a legally sound basis for future documentation and potential warranty claims.
