The existing WIFI Campus C building will be provided with a new thermal insulation composite system and a curtain wall façade construction all around in two stages in 2024/25. All windows and external closures will also be replaced and a photovoltaic façade will be installed on the south side. After renovation, the building will meet the highest ecological criteria in order to optimize CO2 emissions and energy supply in the best possible way..

Ebenso werden alle Fenster und Äußeren Abschlüsse getauscht sowie an der Südseite eine Photovoltaikfassade errichtet. Das Gebäude wird nach Sanierung höchsten ökologischen Kriterien gerecht um CO2 Emissionen und Energieversorgung bestmöglich zu optimieren.
