Project management

New construction of a multifunctional inner-city quarter for a bank, art area, hotel and various business premises.

The old building will be demolished and an extension and superstructure will be built in hybrid construction (reinforced concrete and timber construction) in the center of Innsbruck. The building is located along the pedestrian link between the main railway station and the city center; a flagship project is being created for Raiffeisen Landesbank AG
