Our core tasks

Our detailed survey includes on-site inspections, but also third-party surveys and the evaluation of files and archive material. This is how we determine the current condition of a building or construction situation.

We compare the current state with a damage-free design and orientate ourselves on the "state of the art," which is defined by standards, guidelines and specialist literature. This comparison forms the basis for well-founded conclusions.

We draw conclusions about the causes and extent of damage and formulate specific measures for rectification. We also assess damage and estimate the likely repair costs.
