Responsibility for tomorrow
We incorporate resource conservation and energy efficiency into every project right from the start – both when planning for our customers and in our own day-to-day office work.
Our new company headquarters in Nauders was built to passive house standards and demonstrates what is possible when sustainability is consistently taken into account.
An office with energy
Our photovoltaic system (PV system) – on the roof and integrated into the façade and railings – generates up to 300 kWh on sunny days. This covers the energy requirements of everyday office life and also powers our fleet of electric cars. With the planned storage solution, we are aiming for seasonal energy self-sufficiency from February to November. We also make the excess capacity available to other electricity consumers in an energy community.
The difference is in the details
Inside & outside
Space for nature
This solidly built office boasts natural insulation materials, ceiling heating and cooling, a heat pump and intelligent sun protection. The interiors – designed with mineral plaster, oak wood and fragrant Swiss stone pine – ensure a pleasant room and working climate.
Two conference rooms with modern equipment (for up to 16 and 6 people respectively) offer space for productive teamwork, customer meetings or video conferences.
